Through this tab supervisor can monitor various enabled leads and metrics which give him/her the understanding on lead performance.

On the top, a horizontal bar shows the indications of different data collection intervals.

Historical Data: The Data Metrics, whose data is refreshed after every 5 minutes, then it will be indicated with the border of black color.
Stats Duration: It informs about the time interval for which the statistics are showing on the page. Here, the time interval selected is the 02 hours.
Stats Reset: It informs the interval after which the statistics were reset last.
It contains the following columns.
It shows the name of leads assigned in the campaign.

It is the count of unique customers that were tried in a lead by any call type (including Transfer to Campaign).

Connected Percentage is equal to the unique answered customers divided by the unique tried customers in the last 30 minutes.

AMD stands for Answering Machine Detection. Here it is the total number of calls upon which the answering machine is detected and disposed in "AMD" system disposition.

It is the total number of calls that has been made only when the users had clicked the number in Ameyo to dial it.

It is the count of phone numbers of the lead, for which the callbacks has been scheduled, and they have been dialed.
