Lead Monitoring of Voice Blast Campaign

Through this tab supervisor can monitor various enabled leads and metrics which give him/her the understanding on lead performance.

Search
Here, Supervisor can search for the desired lead using the provided search option.

Data Collection Indications

On the top, a horizontal bar shows the indications of different data collection intervals.

Columns

It contains the following columns.

Lead Name

It shows the name of leads assigned in the campaign.

The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds.

Unique Attempts

It is the count of unique customers that were tried in a lead by any call type (including Transfer to Campaign).
If the lead is assigned in two campaigns and there is an incoming call from the customer of that lead that has to be transferred to Outbound Campaign, then the Tried Count of Unique Customer will increase for that voice Blast Campaign (in which the call was transferred).

It shows the data of the last 30 minutes. The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the historical data will be updated in maximum 8 minutes 5 seconds.

Unique Connected

It is the total number of unique calls connected in a lead.

It shows the data of the last 30 minutes. The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the historical data will be updated in maximum 8 minutes 5 seconds.

Auto Dials

It is the total number of calls that were auto-dialled from a lead in a campaign.

It shows the data of the last 30 minutes. The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the historical data will be updated in maximum 8 minutes 5 seconds.

Connected (%)

Connected Percentage is equal to the unique answered customers divided by the unique tried customers in the last 30 minutes.

AMD

AMD stands for Answering Machine Detection. Here it is the total number of calls upon which the answering machine is detected and disposed in "AMD" system disposition.

It shows the data of the last 30 minutes. The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the historical data will be updated in maximum 8 minutes 5 seconds.

Click-To-Calls

It is the total number of calls that has been made only when the users had clicked the number in Ameyo to dial it.

It shows the data of the last 30 minutes. The Current Data on the User Interface will be updated in maximum 3 minutes 5 seconds, whereas the historical data will be updated in maximum 8 minutes 5 seconds.

Additional Information

Hover the mouse over the filter icon to see the details of information which is Statistical Data, Last Calculated time, and Last Fetched time.
