After logging in, the supervisor can access its console. The Console allows the Supervisor to view real-time information on the activity of the agents and to simultaneously change parameters, the status, and assignment of agents, and queues.

Ameyo Control Panel (ACP)
It is a fixed left side navigation bar that shows the processes and the campaigns, to which the supervisor has been assigned. When not expanded, click icon to show it. When it is displayed, click "X" to close the sidebar. The interface of both Monitor and Manage Tab is completely based upon the process or campaign selected in this navigation bar.

The Supervisor can make/receive calls through its workbench. The Supervisor can also make use of call control functions such as confer, transfer, and others. The Supervisor Workbench is similar to the Agent Interface, that is, the functions and user interface of both the Supervisor Workbench and the Agent Console is same.
The Supervisor can get the call details data, get to know about agent activities, SLA summary, and others. Reports also help the supervisor to understand the importance of planning, configuration, and scripting for accurate reporting data.
This tab shows the voice logs that can be played and downloaded as a file on the disk.
This tab hosts the Ameyo Control Panel, where the supervisor can perform some controlling operations the Ameyo System.
If a supervisor is monitoring multiple agents who are assigned in multiple campaigns of different processes, then it is difficult for the supervisor to monitor all those agents at any instance of time. For this, supervisor has to switch the tabs multiple times to monitor them. But, the supervisor can now monitor all those agents with the multiple tabs using single sign-in. Open Ameyo in multiple tabs of the same browser and the supervisor can now work or monitor all the agents in other tabs. Supervisor can monitor different things in different tabs simultaneously.
However, supervisor can only open and monitor Ameyo only in 5 different tabs. If supervisor tries to open tabs more than 5, then next tab will not be functional.
However, it is needed to keep in mind that the workbench is allowed only to work in single tab, it means that the supervisor is not able to open workbench in more than 1 tab.
